FAQ

  • Will Nourish for Endo heal my endometriosis?

    I really wish the answer was yes, but unfortunately it’s not. Nutrition is a wonderful way to care for your body AND it is not a miracle cure. The Nourish for Endo program is a lovely adjunct to the work that you do alongside your treatment team. Endo is a multi-system condition and we are multifaceted humans. Therefore, nutrition is one piece of the puzzle, not the whole puzzle.

  • If I’m getting surgery, is it still worth doing this course?

    Absolutely! In fact, I recommend that people start making tweaks to their nutrition prior to surgery if possible. We call this “prehab” short for pre-habilitation AKA improving your wellbeing prior to surgery. This gives your body the best chance it can to heal after surgery.

  • How long is Nourish for Endo?

    The course is designed to be done over a minimum of 3-6 months, watching 1-2 video sessions per week. In the course I bang on about how my goal is to reduce overwhelm not create more. As a result, I highly encourage people to take it slow. That way, you’ll get the most out of the course and hopefully create sustainable changes along the way.

  • What if i want access for longer?
